you want to put below edit in the place where you would like it to be in the overall_header.html file:
Code: Select all
<!-- IF S_MOD_DISPLAY--> &bull; <a href="{U_MODS_DB}">{L_MODS_DB}</a><!-- ENDIF -->

Hi Lefty,

I realise that my question is not specific to this Mod, but as it is one that utilises the information that is stored using your Mod, I am hoping that maybe you could help.

I would like to have a special 'Credits' page for my Forum, which lists all the Modifications that have been added, and also includes the information that can be found in your Mod, such as Mod Description, Creator, Version, Download Location, etc.

I like to give all Mod Creators credit, but with some Modifications those Credits are displayed at the bottom of their respective pages in the Forums, which makes things look a bit messy and unprofessional. By having a more informative page which gives Credit to all Mod Creators, and not just those who require a link, then it can only be good for both them and those who use their Mods.

So, is there anyway that the data this Mod contains (after being input) can be displayed on a separate page that Guests and Members can see? Or maybe this could be a good suggestion for a new Mod?

Your help would be most appreciated, and thank you.

Hi Tikva,
The Mods database can already do that if I understand you correcly, you just need to allow access to everyone via the permissions in the ACP plus you can rename the link from Mods Database to Credits or something like that and place it pretty much anywhere you like.
