For my birthday a friend gave me the Atari Flashback 2! :) It has 40 games on it but looks like the old school Atari system!  :goodideasign:

I remember playing Donkey Kong and Pitfall on the atari system!

Good old times!

almost as cool as the C64

Talking about the c64..
I recently found an windows XP version of my favorite game on the C64: Paradroid! anybody knows it?

I'm hooked again!

Remarkable: Mr Gates needs 4,5 MB for a game that the c64 can squize into 64K !

I had about 150 floppies full of games. The name rings a bell so Paradroid was probably in between there somewhere but I don't really remember it.

um, na, had a quick google.

my favourites were the summer/winter games etc.

the leaderboard series were my all-time favourites tho. Schmool and I were known to spend all nighters on that game   :fatigue3:

The other one I would like to play again is Murder on the Mississipi(?). I only had half of the game and got stuck when it asked me for the next floppy  :saddy:

I had only tapes.. :newcry2:

 :point: :rotfl2:

Maaaan them tapes took forever to load!!!!

We have hubby's old atari set up downstairs with a box of about thirty games. My kids play it. So do we on occasion. We have Donkey Kong, Pitfall, frogger, river raid, Q-bert and so many other original games.

We even still have the original pong game. You know the tennis like game.  :rotfl2:

i LOVE all those old games!  :cheer: i think my atari (actually it belongs to my brothers) is still in my parents basement with all of those games... i'd love to get my hands on it :plotting:

we used to have a "Texas Instrument" that was our first computer. you could play games and there were learning games too, one of which was learning how to type ( i never did like that one) lol
